Founder
Will is the Founder of Westpeak Support Services, his bio will be added shortly.

Chief Executive Officer
Natalie joined Westpeak Support Services in 2022 with significant experience in leadership and business within the Wellbeing and Disability sector. Prior to Westpeak, Natalie ran a successful business as a Mental Health Counsellor, worked as a leader in the NDIS sector and volunteered as a Mentor, Public Speaker and Advocate for organisations such as Beyond Blue and Share the Dignity. Natalie holds qualifications in Counselling, Life Coaching, Journalism and a Master’s in Leadership (MLD). Natalie has a strong background in Huntington’s Disease (HD) and supporting individuals with HD and other Progressive Neurological Disorders. Outside of Westpeak, Natalie is constantly busy engaging with the community, spending time with her 4 children and husband, and when she is not doing this, she is spending time with her dog, Maverick.

emma dobrigh
Head of Operations
Emma joined us in November 2025, she is an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of working in the aged care, disability, youth, youth justice and child protection industry. Skilled in Cross-functional Team Leadership, Strategic Thinking, Client Relationships Strengthening, Workforce Planning, and Collaborative Problem Solving. Strong information technology professional with a Diploma in Community Services and Bachelor's degree focused in Social Sciences from Charles Sturt University.

julie stewart
Senior Support Coordinator
Julie Stewart joined Westpeak in 2024 as a Senior Support Coordinator. Julie has a successful career history working as a Senior Support Coordinator for over 5 years with the NDIS and in the Disability Employment sector for over 15 years, specialising in people with physical and mental health backgrounds. Julie has an extensive range of participants, whom most of them have been with Julie since her commenced into Support Coordination 5 years ago. Julie is passionate about supporting her participants to live their best lives and is a strong advocate for people with disabilities. Julie has extensive experience working and advocating for people with disabilities and has completed several courses in disability. Outside of work Julie enjoys being a grandmother of two and mother of three. Julie loves to travel and has lived in the UK, South Africa and Australia, but has travelled extensively overseas and her favourite place to travel is Italy. She is keen to travel to Barcelona and go on a cruise along the Amalfi Coast in 2026.

Community Engagement Coordinator
Our Community Engagement Coordinator, Jo started within the Disability sector almost 10 years ago, working within Supported Residential Services and as a Support Worker for a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Prior to working within the support space, Jo worked in various office administration and management roles. Jo was one of the first Westpeak Support Services employees and started as a Support Coordinator, supporting NDIS Participants in the Geelong and surrounding suburbs, and now oversees the relationships both internal and external to Westpeak, whilst still working as a Support Coordinator. Jo holds qualifications in Mental Health, Alcohol and Drug Support (AOD) and Community Services. Outside of work, Jo can be found with her dog, Charlie at the local footy, entertaining friends at home and watching a true crime documentary.

Rostering Coordinator
Jen is Westpeak Support Services’ Rostering Coordinator. Jen is constantly striving to ensure that our staff team have what they need and that our NDIS participants have the support they need to achieve their goals and build upon their capacity, to live the most independent and positive daily life they can. Prior to Westpeak, Jen held roles in Business Support and Administration within the Early Childhood and Youth Education space. Jen enjoys being people-focused and making a difference in the lives of others. Outside of Westpeak, Jen enjoys spending time caring for animals through pet sitting and dog walking.

Katie Edge
Senior Support Coordinator
I have been with Westpeak since October 2025 and have 4 and a half year’s experience as a support coordinator. I have worker as a Support worker with clients with complex needs and behaviours of concerns. Prior to this I worked in the forensic space for 13 years. I have qualifications in community service as well as AOD and Mental Health as well as a lived experience in Mental Health. I love working with people with complex needs and behaviours as well as mental health and forensic area. Outside of work I love doing jigsaw puzzles, baking and spending time with my family, friends and my Boarder Collie Bella.

Support Coordinator
Simone has worked for Westpeak since 2023, starting as a Disability Support Worker in Geelong, specialising in Mental Health and Psychosocial Disability. Simone moved into Support Coordination from this and has been working as a Support Coordinator full-time since 2024. With qualifications in Mental Health and Disability, Simone works with a variety of NDIS Participants who value her as much as Westpeak does! Simone, along with our management team and other Coordinator’s – specialises in Huntington’s Disease and other progressive Neurological Disorders. Outside of Westpeak, Simone is an avid gym-goer, focusing on strength training and spends much of her time with her family and dog Max.

maddie Leboeuf
House Lead and Practice Lead
Maddie is a dedicated Disability Support Worker at Westpeak Support Services, where she also serves as the House Lead for a Supported Independent Living (SIL) property in Hampton Park. In addition to her frontline role, she works several days each week focusing on compliance and auditing, ensuring that documentation across five SIL homes throughout Melbourne aligns with organisational policies and best practices. Maddie has experience supporting individuals with a wide range of needs, including Huntington’s disease, Autism Spectrum Disorder, mental health conditions such as Schizophrenia and Bipolar disorder, as well as intellectual and physical disabilities including Osteogenesis imperfecta and spinal cord injuries. She holds a Certificate IV in Disability. Outside of work, Maddie enjoys spending time with her loved ones and partner, going to the gym, and reading.

Rachel Botros
House Lead
Rachel began her career in the disability sector straight from high school and over 20 years later, remains passionate about supporting participants to live fulfilling lives. Before joining Westpeak in early 2026, Rachel worked with DHS, progressing from a support worker to managing multiple SDA properties. She has extensive experience supporting participants and families through transitions between funding systems. Rachel focuses on building strong relationships and understanding what matters most to each person, working closely with families and stakeholders to help achieve their goals. She has experience supporting individuals with mental health needs, neurodivergent conditions, epilepsy, and Huntington’s disease. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys travelling, reading biographies, and spending time with her family.
